RAINCORN GAMES RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right. Any returned products must be substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by Raincorn Games.

Unopened Items: We can exchange or give you a full refund for the prduct(s) in line with the terms and conditions detailed in our return policy.

Opened Items: Opened games can be returned for exchange only.

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  We offer a 30 day return period from the date that you receive your item(s).

2.  Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a sellable condition (unused and unmarked) and be accompanied by your original order number.

3.  If an item is deemed to have been used, damaged or not in re-sellable condition, Raincorn Games retains the right to refuse refund or exchange. Personalized or items made to your specification are not returnable.

4.  If sending by courier, please ensure that your packaging is sealed and secure. Raincorn Games cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit and will not issue a refund or exchange without receiving the item back. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery and use a ‘signed for’ service.

5. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your product.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
